We have previously created a chatbot for Pearl Coral Urban Solutions to handle the booking of technicians on Telegram and Messenger. Now we created a companion bot on WhatsApp.
It asks customers questions about their jobs, takes their details and passes all the information to the company's backend dashboard. It also provides basic information to customers freeing valuable employee time.
