We created a chatbot for Pearl Coral Urban Solutions to tackle the booking of technicians. It asks customers questions about their jobs, registers new customers (so returning customers do not need to fill in their details over and over again) and issues a reference number for the query. It then passes all the details to the company's CRM software, freeing valuable employee time.
